Protein targets that survive a Lafayette week.
Nutrition coaching in Lafayette without a 1,200-calorie plan. Protein first, real meals, and targets you can keep.

A plan that cannot survive Sunday lunch will not survive the month. Rice and roux are not the problem. Under-eating protein, then quitting on Thursday, is the problem.
Nutrition coaching here starts with a target, not a grocery list from someone who has never eaten in Acadiana. Protein first. Meals you already cook. Enough food to train. Detail gets added only when it helps you keep the plan. You will not count every bite forever.
Workdays and weekends are different weeks. A consult maps the one you actually have. If lunch is whatever is in the school lounge, the target has to fit that, not a photo of containers.
Food works better next to the lifting. If the plate is the part that keeps falling apart, start with nutrition. If you already know the two never talk to each other, train and fuel is the same coach for both.
