What a first month of training in Lafayette looks like.

A first month with Amanda Cassidy: a consult, a plan you can finish, and check-ins so week three does not disappear.

The first month is not a transformation photo. It is a consult, a plan you can finish, and check-ins so you do not disappear in week three. That is the whole promise.

The consult maps your life, not an ideal calendar. Job, family, knees, the gym you already belong to — or no gym at all. Sessions can be in a Lafayette gym, outdoors, or built for limited equipment. You do not need a perfect setup to start.

Workouts are strength-first and scaled to the person in the room. Beginners are the norm. If you have hired a trainer who performed at you, or sold a package and vanished, this is the opposite. You will be asked how the week went. You will not be shamed for a bad Thursday. You will still be expected to show up.

Rates depend on how often you train and whether nutrition is in the mix. That conversation happens on the consult. No countdown. No surprise package.
